Gather4Humanity recently started preparations to launch its Core International Crimes Monitor.
Aims
The Core International Crimes Monitor aims to:
- Provide a point of reference
- Be an asset in the fight against (impunity for) core international crimes
- Provide instant access to relevant, interrelated and actionable data, documents and (open) sources
- Become a trusted and valued asset for (inter)governemental and non-governmental organisations, academics and reserach institutions
- Provide private sector organisations with access to data on sanctioned entities and individuals, allowing compliance and furthering due diligance research
- Help civil society actors, victims and witnesses gain access and oversight
- Prevent organisations to reinvent the wheel, allowing them to concentrate on their core business and become more effective and efficient
- Bring together and share information that is currently scattered across the internet

In due time,the monitor is to provide the following.

- fugitives of justice
- domestic and international(ized) criminal proceedings

- locations where core international crimes have been reported
